Our firm offers a comprehensive divorce mediation service consisting of:

Although family mediators are best known for their work on divorce, many also work with families to keep them together. Mediators can help with any type of family difficulty if the parties are willing to allow a third party to become involved in their problems.

Families are a system; in other words, they are more than the sum of their composite parts. Thus, family conflict is rarely due to just one family member. It is likely the interaction between all the family members that are escalating the conflict. Because of this, mediators focus on the interests of the parties, rather than positions (Malek, 2013).

As the apostle Paul suggests, it is incumbent upon the church to resolve its conflicts within Christ’s body. “Does anyone of you, when he has a case against his neighbor, dare to go to law before the unrighteous and not before the saints?” (1 Corinthians 6:1, New American Standard Bible).
